Ingredients
- 3 tablespoon yogurt
- 3 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoon vinegar
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- pepper
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1 tablespoon chives
- 1 apple, grated
- 150 g raisins
- 1 medium white cabbage

- Finely grate the white cabbage. Finely grate the apple. Finely chop the parsley and chives.
- Mix all ingredients except for the white cabbage and season again, adding salt and pepper if necessary.
- Now pour the sauce over the grated white cabbage and mix well. I use a salad bucket for this, which I keep for such purposes. Bowls get too small quickly.
- Let the salad stand overnight and season again before serving.
- This salad still tastes good after three days. Goes well with every buffet. And even children can get excited about it. Since the ingredients are cheap, it fits into the smallest household budget and can be made quickly.
