Ingredients
- 500 g pasta, cooked
- 1 red pepper (s), diced
- 1 bell pepper (s), yellow diced
- 2 large onions, diced
- 200 g ham, cooked, cut into strips
- 1 small Glass mushrooms
- 150 ml coffee cream
- 1 slice cheese (Gouda), cut into strips
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, noble sweet

- Cut the onions and peppers into cubes. Heat some oil in a large pan. Fry the vegetables vigorously in it. Whenever the vegetables are about to burn, add some water. After about 10 minutes, add the cooked ham cut into strips and roast. Season with salt and pepper. Add the mushrooms, Gouda cheese cut into strips and the coffee cream. Season again to taste with salt and paprika.
- Serve with the cooked pasta.
