- 250 g low-fat quark
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 300 g blackberries
- 50 g suar, brown
- 40 g butter
- 40 grams flour
- 20 g almond (s), round
- 20 g oatmeal
- 1 pinch (s) cinnamon powder
- milk

- Mix the low-fat quark with vanilla sugar (add sugar if necessary) and some blackberries (if necessary, stir in cream stiffener and additional milk). Spread in a flat shape. Carefully mix the blackberries with approx. 10 g sugar. Spread on the quark.
- Mix the remaining sugar, nut, flour, almonds, oat flakes and cinnamon to make crumble. The almonds can be completely replaced with oatmeal. Spread the sprinkles over the blackberries. Bake in the middle of the oven at 180 ° C for about 30 minutes until the crumble turns brown.
