- 5 teaspoons tea, black, loose
- 500 ml water, hot
- 50 g iner, candied
- Rock sugar, white, coarse, as desired

- Brew the tea with the hot water. Let it stand for 5 minutes and drain. Pour the infusion into a preheated teapot. Put pieces of ginger and candy sugar in each cup and fill up halfway with tea.
