Ingredients

  • 100 g blueberries, frozen
  • 100 g raspberries, frozen
  • 1 banana (s)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 3 date (s), pitted
  • 250 ml almond milk (almond drink)

To garnish:

  • Almonds, chopped
  • 1 leaf mint
  • possibly blueberries
  • possibly raspberries

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients together in a blender and mix well for about 45 seconds to 1 minute. Possibly add a little more water for a more liquid smoothie.
  2. To garnish, sprinkle chopped almonds on the smoothie and top with a mint leaf. Garnish with raspberries and blueberries if desired.
