Fritatta (is the Simplest)

I make a frittata out of everything I find in the fridge. The simplest one, in my opinion, is frittata with sausage and tomatoes.
Ingredients
- Eggs – 4 pcs.
- Sausage (chicken with pieces of meat) – 200 g
- Cherry tomatoes – 6-8 pcs.
- Fresh parsley – to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper – to taste
- Vegetable oil – for frying
For frittata, use a frying pan with removable handles.
Directions
- Cut the sausage into slices. Cut the cherry tomatoes into halves.
- In a frying pan with a removable handle in heated vegetable oil, fry the sausage on the sides until golden brown. And then between the slices of sausage, put about half of the tomatoes, skin side up. Cook for 3 minutes.
- Chop the parsley finely. Beat the eggs lightly, add salt and pepper.
- Pour the beaten eggs over the sausage with tomatoes.
- Top with remaining tomatoes, slices up. Sprinkle with parsley. Place the frittata skillet in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
Frittata with sausage and tomatoes is ready.
