- 1 bell pepper (s)
- 40 g rocket
- 2 avocado (s)
- 2 orange (s)
- 2 tablespoon turmeric
- sea-salt
- 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar, light
- 4 tablespoon water

- Cut the cauliflower, wash it and cook it in a saucepan with water and turmeric for 10 minutes. Dice the bell pepper and an orange, slice an avocado. Puree the other avocado and the juice of one squeezed orange with sea salt, water and light balsamic vinegar. Mix the rocket with the remaining ingredients.
