- 2 cups yogurt
- 3 clove (s) garlic
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 0.25 teaspoon ¼ salt
- pepper

- Put the yogurt in a small bowl. Peel the garlic, cut into slices, put in a coffee cup, add the salt and crush the garlic with a coffee spoon. Add olive oil, a little pepper and a little Tabasco and stir everything well. Then stir into the yogurt. Let it steep in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- In summer we like to grill Mediterranean vegetables such as eggplant, zucchini and peppers. This garlic yogurt goes well with it.
