- 1 onion (s)
- 1 apple, sour
- 1 red pepper (s)
- 2 cucumber (s)
- chives
- pepper
- vinegar
- salt
- some lettuce-leaves
- 2 egg (s), hard-boiled

- Drain the mackerel fillets gently and place in a bowl. Chop the onion, apple, bell pepper and pickles and add to them. Mix well with chives, pepper, vinegar and possibly a little salt. Arrange on lettuce leaves and garnish with egg eighths.
