If you don`t have goose stock on hand, you can replace it with chicken broth, beef bouillon or the like. You can replace the paprika paste with tomato paste, which can then be seasoned with the paprika powder.
Cut the potatoes into cubes and bring to the boil with the goose stock. Cut the carrot into small pieces and add to the boiling potatoes and cook with them. After about 2-3 minutes, add 200 ml of water, chicken stock and paprika paste or tomato paste, mix well and bring to a boil.
Cut the salami into small pieces. As soon as everything is boiling, add the salami, salt, pepper, cumin, paprika powder and sambal oelek and simmer for 10 minutes.
Finally add the cream cheese, mix well and season if necessary. The soup should only be warmed up, not boiled, so that the cream cheese does not curdle.
The soup tastes even better the next day.
