  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 300 g leek
  • 250 ml broth, dissolved
  • 250 ml sour cream or sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon curry

Instructions

  1. Sear the meat together with the onion, pour in the dissolved broth, simmer for 10 minutes. Add the leek cut into rings and simmer for another 10 minutes. Add sour cream (sour cream), bring to the boil, if necessary thicken and add a teaspoon of curry. Rice tastes just as good with it as potatoes.
