Ingredients

  • 300 g chicken breast fillet (s)
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ honey
  • 400 g leeks
  • 300 ml meat broth
  • 2 tablespoon sweet cream
  • spice (s)
  • herbs

Instructions

  1. Cut the fillet into large cubes, brush with the honey, season with salt and pepper. Clean the leek and cut into small pieces. Fry the fillet on all sides in a little oil, add pieces of leek and sauté. Pour in the meat stock, bring to the boil while stirring and reduce slightly over low heat. Season with the cream and again with 1-2 teaspoons of honey.
