Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken breast fillet (s)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 4 banana (s)
  • 250 ml chicken broth, (alternatively vegetable broth)
  • 2 onions)
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 1 chilli pepper (s)
  • 3 tomato (s)
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breast fillet into cubes and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic cloves. Core and finely chop the chilli pepper. Cut the tomatoes into cubes and the bananas into slices.
  3. Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the meat vigorously, remove and keep warm.
  4. Sauté the onion cubes, slices of a banana and the garlic in the saucepan, add the tomatoes and the chilli cubes, deglaze with the stock and simmer for about 10 minutes. Puree the sauce with a hand blender and season with cinnamon, honey, salt and pepper. Add the remaining banana slices, sesame seeds and meat to the sauce and heat.
  5. Rice tastes good as a side dish (charge extra!)
