Jellied Pie (Casserole) with Feta Cheese

Delicious jellied pie or casserole with feta cheese, green onions, and eggs! Prepared for one-two-three, but nevertheless light, airy, and fragrant!

Servings: 4

Ingredients

For the test:

  • Kefir – 500 ml
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Butter – 150 g (melt) + for greasing the mold
  • Flour – 300 g
  • Baking powder – 1.5 teaspoon.
  • Sugar – 2 tbsp
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon

For filling:

  • Feta cheese – 250 g
  • Green onions – 1 bunch
  • Eggs (boiled) – 5-6 pcs.
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper – to taste

Directions

  1. Boil eggs hard-boiled, cool, and grate on a medium grater. Chop green onions. Then cut the feta cheese into cubes. Mix onion with eggs. Season with salt and pepper. And mix well.
  2. Prepare the dough for the kefir pie. To do this, combine eggs with sugar. Beat eggs with sugar and salt. Mix flour with baking powder. Add beaten eggs.
  3. Pour in kefir. Pour in melted butter. Knead a homogeneous dough. Grease a baking dish with butter and pour half the dough into the bottom of the baking dish.
  4. Put the eggs and onions on the dough. Then place the feta cheese on top. Pour out the remaining dough. Smooth the surface and bake the jellied cheese pie in the oven at 180 ° C for 40-45 minutes.
  5. Jellied casserole with feta cheese, green onions, and eggs are ready.
