- 400 g fish fillet (s), (Kinklip fillet)
- 50 g North Sea shrimps
- 4 carrot (s)
- 2 kohlrabi, kohlrabi green
- 250 ml vegetable stock
- 100 ml cream
- butter
- olive oil
- salt and pepper

- Peel the carrots and kohlrabi and cut into sticks. Briefly blanch the sticks of carrots and a kohlrabi tuber in boiling water, rinse in ice cold and allow to drain.
- Boil the sticks of the second kohlrabi in vegetable stock for 5 minutes, drain and puree the vegetables with the stick while adding cream. Season to taste with pepper and salt.
- Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a pan and toss the drained vegetable sticks in it. Season with salt and pepper.
- Heat a little butter and olive oil in another pan and briefly sear the fish fillets on the skin side, then continue cooking at half heat for about 3-4 minutes, turn and cook on the exposed plate. Depending on the thickness of the fillets, this takes about another 4-5 minutes. Season with a little salt.
- Pour the kohlrabi foam into a mirror on the plates and serve the fish with the vegetables on top. Scatter the crabs and finely chopped kohlrabi green over the top.
- Without any other side dishes, this is a food combining dish that is suitable for weight loss.
