Ingredients

  • 2 cake bases, dark
  • 150 ml espresso, stronger
  • 50 ml liqueur, (coffee liqueur)
  • 500 g mascarpone
  • 100 ml egg liqueur
  • 30 g cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Cut the cake bases to fit a baking dish, mix espresso and liqueur for soaking. For the cream, mix the mascarpone and eggnog, then place the first base in the mold and soak half the amount of liquid. Spread half of the cream on it, repeat everything and refrigerate the tiramisu for at least 2 hours.
  2. Dust with cocoa before serving.
