- g 1,000 beans, reen, frozen
- 400 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 packet feta cheese, approx. 200 g
- 1 onion (s)
- 2 egg (s)
- 1 cup sour cream, 50 g each
- salt and pepper
- thyme
- Curry powder
- White wine, dry

- Blanch the frozen beans in hot water until they are firm to the bite.
- Meanwhile, fry the minced meat with the onion cut into cubes and deglaze with a good sip of white wine. Season with salt, pepper, thyme and a little curry. Then let it simmer briefly.
