Ingredients
- 500 g low-fat quark
- 500 g natural yohurt, 3.5% fat
- 1 glass apple puree or applesauce without sugar, approx. 360 g
- 360 ml yoghurt (drinking yoghurt), probiotic
- 100 g oat flakes, crunchy
- 20 g almond (s)
- 20 g walnuts
- 20 g sesame seeds
- 20 g flaxseed
- 20 g pumpkin seeds

- Mix the quark, yoghurt, apple pulp and drinking yoghurt. Add oatmeal, grind the almonds, walnuts, sesame seeds, linseed and pumpkin seeds. I take my coffee grinder there. Mix everything together well.
- I divide everything into four lockable bowls and put them in the fridge. A fantastic breakfast with fresh fruit or just honey.
