Ingredients

  • 250 g spelled flour type 1050
  • 125 g butter
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 50 ml water

For covering:

  • 12 tablespoon cream cheese with horseradish
  • 2 large trout fillet (s), smoked
  • 12 tablespoon spinach
  • 2 medium tomato (s)
  • 1 scoop mozzarella, or grated mozzarella
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Herbs

Instructions

  1. Knead a homogeneous dough from the flour, butter, egg, salt and water. Let it rest a little and then roll it out. Cut out with suitable round cutters and place in the greased tartlet molds.
  2. Spread the cream cheese on top and top with trout fillet, spinach and tomato. Sprinkle some mozzarella on top. You can also sprinkle salt, pepper, paprika powder or herbs on top to flavor it.
  3. Then bake for about 13-18 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 ° C.
