Ingredients
- 5 large carrot (s)
- 1 small onion (s)
- 1 small apple
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon mustard, hotter
- 0.5 ½ orange (s), the juice from it
- salt and pepper

- Peel the carrots (or wash them well) and grate them. Peel and grate the apple, onion and garlic as well. Put everything together.
- Mix the orange juice, oil, vinegar and mustard into a dressing. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add the dressing to the salad and mix well.
- In my opinion, the salad tastes best when it sits in the refrigerator for a few hours.
