Ingredients
- 300 g monk`s beard
- some olive oil for frying
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 dash lemon juice
- some parmesan, freshly grated
- possibly salt and pepper

- Steam the monk`s beard in olive oil over medium heat for about 5 minutes, it can still be firm to the bite. Add balsamic vinegar and lemon juice and stir.
- Ladle onto a plate and rub fresh parmesan over it. Season with salt and pepper to taste, I won`t do it.
- Chanterelles go very well with it. You can also serve it as a vegetable without cheese, then cook it a little softer.
