Ingredients

  • 200 ml oil, (soy or sunflower or corn)
  • 200 ml orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon onion (s), grated
  • 20 g bakin powder
  • 300 g olives, halved, without seeds
  • 1 kg flour, approximately

Instructions

  1. We mix the liquid ingredients with the dry ones (except olives and onions).
  2. We divide the dough into 4 balls. We roll out each ball into a rectangle (15 x 25 cm) and coat it with the onion and distribute the olives on it. We press the olives a little on the dough and then we roll it into a roll. We do the same with the remaining 3 balls.
  3. Bake at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes. You can also use olive paste, but it looks much better with olives.
