  • 100 grams flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 100 ml oil
  • 100 ml milk or white wine
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 100 g cheese, rated
  • 300 g canned tuna
  • Fat for the shape
  • Breadcrumbs for the mold

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients with one another except for the tuna as if for a sponge cake. Then fold in the chopped tuna. Place in a greased baking pan dusted with breadcrumbs. I use a loaf pan.
  2. Bake at 180 ° C for 30 minutes on the middle rack. Let cool and serve sliced.
  3. Alternatives to tuna:
  4. Olives, chicken (cooked), dried tomatoes with mozzarella and basil, ham, mushrooms. Just anything you might like, but not too watery.
