  • 500 g Mett, Thurinian
  • 500 g pasta, e.., Penne
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 small Can (s) tomato paste (40 g)
  • 150 g cheese, rated

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta until al dente according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. If necessary, season the meat with salt and pepper, then fry it in a little fat until crumbly. Add the whipped cream, water and tomato paste and stir in. Put the pasta in a baking dish, pour the meatloaf sauce over it.
  3. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake everything in the oven at approx. 180 ° C for about 20 minutes until the cheese has melted well.
