Pastry “Gift” from Jerusalem Artichoke

A delicious treat – Jerusalem artichoke casserole.
Ingredients
- Jerusalem artichoke 150 g
- eggs 1 pcs.
- mayonnaise 50 g
- cheese 20 g
- butter how much will it take
- greens to taste
Directions
- Peel the earthen pears, chop thinly and fry until tender (but do not overcook) over low heat. Then mix the egg with mayonnaise and grated cheese; pour over the fried Jerusalem artichoke and bake under the lid. You can pour butter over the treat and sprinkle it with fresh herbs.
