Peach Puree Cocktail

This aromatic peach puree cocktail with champagne is the perfect drink not only for a birthday party, but for any other occasion. It is prepared in 10 minutes with a blender.

Ingredients

  • Champagne – 300 Milliliters
  • Peach – 2 Pieces
  • Ice – 3-4 pieces
  • Sugar – 2 Teaspoons

Directions

  1. Prepare the indicated ingredients. For 1 serving of the cocktail you will need 1 peach and 150 ml. champagne, ice cube, 1 teaspoon. granulated sugar. Chill the champagne in the refrigerator beforehand.
  2. Rinse and peel the peaches, cut the pulp into small pieces in a saucer or immediately into the blender bowl. It’s best to use a jug blender to create cocktails.
  3. Put the pulp in a bowl with ice, add granulated sugar. Flower honey can be used if desired, if its aroma is not too bright and tart
  4. Pour in about 50 ml. champagne and puree the entire contents of the bowl. Do not add the entire amount of champagne at once, otherwise peach pieces will float in your drink.
  5. After the puree is done, pour in the rest of the alcohol. Whisk the cocktail for 1-2 minutes on a pulsating mode.
  6. Decorate serving glasses with peach slices, pour the brewed drink into them and serve immediately.
