Ingredients

  • 1 can peach (s), (850 ml)
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 150 g yourt
  • 100 g whipped cream

Pfirsch – Yogurt Popsicles By Sarah

Instructions

  1. Drain the peaches. Finely dice 3 halves, puree the remaining peaches with vanilla sugar until smooth. Stir in yogurt. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in with the peach cubes. Pour the mixture into 4 serving molds (approx. 150 ml each), place a metal spoon in each and freeze for at least 4 hours.
  2. Briefly dip the bottom of the mold in hot water before serving. Pull out the popsicle.
