Pineapple Salad with Garlic

You can prepare such a festive salad with pineapple, cheese and garlic in just a few minutes. Complete your New Year’s menu 2021 with an original salad!

Ingredients
- Canned pineapple – 200 g
- Hard Dutch cheese (gouda) – 200 g
- Garlic – 3 cloves (to taste)
- Mayonnaise – 100 ml (to taste)
Directions
- Preparing products for salad with pineapple, cheese and garlic. If you are using canned pineapple rings, cut them into slices. If you immediately take pineapple, canned in pieces, the time for preparing the salad will be reduced.
- Peel the garlic and then grind it on a very fine grater or using a garlic press.
- Rub the cheese on a coarse grater. In a bowl, combine pineapple pieces, grated cheese and chopped garlic.
- Season the salad with cheese, garlic and canned pineapple with mayonnaise.
- Mix the salad with pineapple, add no spices.
- Pineapple, cheese and garlic salad is ready. We serve it in a common salad bowl or in portions in bowls. If you wish, you can decorate the pineapple salad with fresh herbs.
