- 800 g pork fillet (s)
- 250 g ham (Black Forest)
- 4 onion (s)
- 200 g sour cream
- 200 ml cream
- 2 tablespoon mustard
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 0.5 ½ large lemon (s), the juice from it

- Cut the fillet into slices and press flat, then pepper. Then roll it into the ham in slices and place in a baking dish.
