Ingredients
- 1 kg potato (s), waxy
- 3 lemon (s), untreated
- 4 garlic clove (s)
- 3 large onion (s)
- 1 bunch parsley, smooth
- 1 bunch basil, or equivalent amount thyme
- 30 ml white wine, alternatively vegetable stock
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper, white

- Boil the potatoes into jacket potatoes and drain them, rinse with cold water, leave to steam and put in slices in a bowl.
- Wash one lemon with hot water, tear off half of the zest and finely chop them, squeeze out all the lemons. Finely chop the onions and garlic, peeled, and the basil and parsley leaves.
- Now mix the lemon juice with the wine or the broth, fold in the lemon peel, vegetables and herbs and season everything vigorously with salt and pepper. Stir in the oil and pour over the potato slices, mix carefully and leave to stand for about 2 hours. Mix carefully every now and then and season again to taste.
