- 750 g potato (s), waxy
- 500 g salad, (meat salad)
- 250 g Miracel Whip, liht
- 1 apple (Boskop)
- 3 pickled cucumber (s)
- 1 onion (s)
- 0.5 ½ bunch chives, optional
- salt
- pepper

- Let the boiled potatoes cool and cut into cubes.
- Mix the meat salad with Miracel Whip, add the peeled and diced apple, as well as the diced cucumber and diced onion. Fold in the potato cubes, season with salt and pepper, depending on your taste, round off with chives.
- Let the salad steep for at least 2-3 hours.
