Ingredients
- 2 ½ kg potato (s), waxy
- 2 packs sausage (hunting), sliced
- 1 large onion (s)
- 1 large apple
- 4 medium pickled cucumber (s)
- 4 tablespoon vinegar
- 8 tablespoon, leveled sugar
- Salt and pepper, black
- 100 g bacon, fat

- Boil, peel and dice the potatoes as jacket potatoes. Dice the hunting sausage, the onion, the apple and the pickled gherkins. Put everything in a large bowl, mix with salt and pepper, vinegar and sugar and season to taste.
- Cut the fat bacon into as small cubes as possible. Only leave the bacon crispy shortly before serving and then sprinkle it over the salad straight away. Stir again.
