Puff Tartlets “Sun”

Crispy puff pastry tartlets.

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry – 450-500 g
  • Apples – 2 pcs.
  • Sugar – 2-3 tbsp
  • Cinnamon – 1 tbsp

Directions

  1. Cut the puff pastry into 10 cm squares. Roll out the squares a little (so that the thickness of the dough is 3-4 mm).
  2. Using a shape, cut a circle out of each square. Mark a smaller circle inside.
  3. Cut the edge of the dough into the inner circle.
  4. Bend the corner of the dough so that the tip of the dough goes beyond the line of the inner circle. Press down on the tip of the dough.
  5. Make the next cut.
  6. So bend all the corners. Place the blanks in the freezer for 10 minutes.
  7. Puff tartlets can be baked empty or immediately filled. I decided to immediately stuff the tartlets with apples. To do this, the apple must be washed, peeled and finely chopped.
  8. Then mix the apple pieces with cinnamon and sugar.
  9. Turn on the oven.
  10. Frozen tartlets should be laid out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil. Place the filling on each tartlet. Bake puff tartlets at 200 degrees until tender (40 minutes).
  11. The puff tartlets are ready.
