Ingredients
- 1 cup quinoa
- 2 cup milk
- 2 lemon (s), which juice and some zest
- 3 tablespoon honey
- 2 banana (s)

- Heat the quinoa with the milk and simmer for about 15 minutes. Add the honey. As soon as the cream thickens, stir in lemon juice and some of the grated zest. Take the saucepan off the stove and beat the mixture until creamy.
- Cut the bananas into slices and either stir under the cream or place on top.
- The recipe is enough for 4 servings. 170 kcal per serving, 3 g protein, 1 g fat and 20 g carbohydrates.
