Ramen Soup with Chicken

Chicken Ramen Soup is a classic Japanese dish. It is a dish to which noodles, fried chicken pieces, a boiled egg and many other ingredients are added.

Ingredients

  • Chicken legs – 2 Pieces
  • Carrots – 2 Pieces
  • Water – 3 Liters
  • Green onion feathers – 5-6 pieces
  • Garlic – 5-6 Cloves
  • Sesame oil – 2 tbsp
  • Ground ginger – 4 Tbsp. spoons
  • Salt – To taste
  • Egg noodles – 400 Grams
  • Chicken fillet – 400 Grams
  • Soy Sauce – 100 Grams
  • Honey – 3 Art. spoons
  • Sesame seeds – 4 Art. spoons
  • Vegetable oil – 2-3 Art. spoons
  • Nori – To taste

Directions

  1. Wash some of the green onions and carrots. Clean it up. Chop the onions and carrots into large pieces.
  2. Place the onions and carrots in a deep container. Wash the legs, remove the remaining feathers and transfer them to a bowl with vegetables. Add peeled and chopped garlic, salt and sesame oil. Mix everything with your hands.
  3. Transfer all the ingredients to a baking dish and place in an oven preheated to two hundred and forty degrees, bake for forty minutes. Then transfer all the ingredients to a saucepan and cover with water. Place on the stove and bring to a boil.
  4. Wash the chicken fillet and remove the films. Then cut the chicken into oblong pieces.
  5. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet, add the chicken and fry the fillets until they turn white.
  6. Then add sixty milliliters of soy sauce, salt, pepper and ginger to the chicken. Fry the chicken until the sauce has completely evaporated.
  7. Then add honey and sesame seeds, fry again over low heat, constantly stirring the contents of the pan with a spoon.
  8. Boil the egg noodles in salted water until tender, as indicated on the package. Then discard the noodles in a colander. Hard boil two chicken eggs.
  9. Remove the chicken legs from the broth, cool them and free them from skin and bones. Slice or mash the meat with a fork.
  10. Take plates for serving, put boiled chicken meat in them. Pour ten grams of soy sauce into each. Add some chopped green onions.
  11. Put one hundred grams of boiled noodles in each plate, fill everything to the top with broth.
  12. Put a little sesame-fried chicken in each dish, add half a boiled chicken egg each and sprinkle with chopped green onions. Serve the soup hot.
