Ingredients
- 360 g chicken breast fillet (s)
- 1 clove (s) garlic, crushed
- 2 onions)
- 1 red pepper (s)
- 1 bell pepper (s), yellow
- 1 small Can / s tomatoes, chunky (425 g)
- 4 tablespoon sour cream or sour cream
- 320 g rice, cooked
- 4 tablespoon cheese (32% fat in dry matter), grated
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- salt
- Paprika powder
- Chilli powder

- Rub the meat with the crushed garlic. Then cut into strips and season with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Clean and dice the peppers. Peel the onions and cut them into rings.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat, onion rings and diced paprika in it. Pour in the chopped tomatoes and stir in the sour cream. Now season to taste with salt, pepper and chili powder.
- Put the cooked rice in a baking dish, cover with the meat and sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C (gas: level 2) for about 20 minutes. Serve hot.
