Rice with Ham

Today we will cook rice and ham. In this variation, the dish can be served as a side dish or as a main dish. If you have boiled rice in advance, then the recipe can be safely attributed to the “haste” category.

Servings: 4-6

Ingredients

  • Rice – 150 Grams
  • Ham – 200 Grams
  • Eggs – 2 Pieces
  • Soy Sauce – 1 Teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil – 2 Tbsp. spoons
  • Salt – To taste
  • Dill – To taste

Directions

  1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. Rinse the rice thoroughly and boil in salted water until tender.
  3. Beat eggs with soy sauce and a pinch of salt.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, pour out the egg mass and stir the eggs with a wooden spatula, cook until they set.
  5. Add the diced ham and sauté everything together for 2 minutes.
  6. Add rice and fresh herbs.
  7. Stir and heat everything together for 5 minutes. Rice with ham is ready.
  8. We lay out on plates and serve.
