Ingredients

  • 350 g puff pastry
  • 50 g cream cheese (arlic herbs)
  • 8 small sausages
  • 1 egg (s), whisked
  • 2 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
  2. Roll out the dough to about 3 mm thick, then cut into 4 squares and each square into triangles. Spread the cream cheese on top. Place 1 sausage on the long side of each triangle and roll it up. Bend the ends like a croissant. Place the sausage croissants on a prepared baking sheet, brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  3. Bake in a hot oven for 15 minutes until golden brown.
  4. A fresh, green salad goes well with it.
