- 2 tablespoon cream cheese
- 2 tablespoon cheese, grated (Gouda or Emmentaler)
- 2 teaspoons broth, grained

- Peel and cut the potatoes into eighths. Put the potato pieces in a saucepan, just cover them with water and sprinkle the instant stock over them. Bring to a boil and cook uncovered for 15-20 minutes. The water should be reduced by about half when boiling.
- When the potatoes are soft, carefully fold in the cream cheese and grated cheese and serve.
