Simple Focaccia Sandwich

Delicious sandwiches are made from Italian focaccia. For the filling, I suggest using salami and herbs.

Servings: 3

Ingredients

  • Focaccia with garlic or onion aroma – 1/2 pc. (diameter 25 cm)
  • Mascarpone cheese – 120 g
  • Pickled artichokes (drained and chopped) – 170 g
  • Capers – 1 tbsp
  • Salami (cut into slices) – 120 g
  • Arugula leaves (arugula) – 1 glass

How to make focaccia sandwiches with cheese and salami:

Directions

  1. Cut the focaccia in half horizontally. Grease the focaccia slices with cream cheese. Place artichokes and capers on the base half of the bread, top with salami and arugula. Cover everything with the second half of the bread, cheese down.
  2. Cut the prepared appetizer into small pieces and serve the focaccia sandwiches with cheese and salami immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
