Simple Rye Bread Sandwiches

Such simple sandwiches are made from rye bread, tomatoes, and avocado.
Ingredients
- Large tomato – 2 circles
- Large avocado – 1 pc.
- Rye bread – 4 slices
- Mayonnaise – 4 teaspoon
- Salt
- Ground black pepper
- Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
Directions
- Peel and cut the avocado into slices. Drizzle with lemon juice, mix well.
- Cut off the crust from the bread. Brush 4 slices of bread with mayonnaise. Put tomato slices on two of them, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place the avocado slices on top and cover with the remaining 2 slices of bread, mayonnaise side down. Cut the sandwiches into smaller pieces. Serve immediately.
