Simple Fruit Salad With Persimmon

Fruit salad with persimmon – a vitamin salad of winter fruits with honey dressing.

Cook: 20 minutes

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • Persimmon – 1 pc.
  • Pear – 1 pc.
  • Orange – 1 pc.
  • Kiwi – 2 pcs.
  • Pomegranate seeds – 2 tbsp
  • Grain mixture (sesame, flax, sunflower and pumpkin seeds) – 1 tbsp
  • Honey – 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
  • Fresh rosemary (or mint) for garnish – optional

Direction

  1. Peel the orange, divide into wedges, remove partitions.
  2. Peel the pear.
  3. Kiwi fruit is also peeled.
  4. Remove the stalk from the persimmon and remove the seeds, if any.
  5. Cut everything into cubes.
  6. Put all the chopped fruits in a bowl, add pomegranate seeds and grain mixture (you can just use sesame seeds or some nuts).
  7. For salad dressing, mix honey and lemon juice.
  8. Season the fruit salad with the dressing and stir gently.
  9. Arrange the persimmon salad in portions, garnish with a sprig of rosemary or mint and serve immediately.
  10. Delicious and juicy fruit salad with persimmon is ready.
