Ingredients

  • 1 pack puff pastry, rectangular sheets
  • 250 g salmon, smoked
  • 1 broccoli
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 250 ml cream
  • nutmeg
  • pepper
  • little salt

Simple Salmon Quiche

Instructions

  1. Roll out the puff pastry square to the size of the baking sheet. Prick evenly with a fork. Cook the broccoli al dente and then cut into florets.
  2. Spread the salmon and broccoli florets alternately on the dough in strips. Whisk eggs, cream and spices and spread over the quiche. Season with salt (be careful with it as the salmon is already salted).
  3. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the quiche for about 30-40 minutes. Serve immediately.
  4. Tip: The whole thing can also be prepared with fresh salmon.
