Ingredients

  • 2 cup / s coffee (fresh espresso)
  • Milk, 2 half glasses (microwaveable)
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar

Instructions

  1. The well-known latte macchiato is something different, but not worse, just different.
  2. Warm up the milk a little (in the microwave for approx. 1 min at 850 watts, important: the milk must not boil), then add the vanilla sugar and then froth up with the milk frother. Slowly pour in the espresso from the side with the help of a spoon and you`re done.
  3. A small variation: instead of the vanilla sugar, just add a really small shot of Baileys (original or the imitation) and then foam it up, so the foam also tastes a bit like Baileys milk. You can also add a little sugar. If too much Baileys has been added, the milk will no longer froth properly, i.e. hard enough. It still tastes good, but doesn`t look that good anymore.
