Ingredients

  • 60 g soy ranules
  • 1 teaspoon broth, powder
  • 150 ml boiling water
  • 1 can tomato (s), peeled
  • 3 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 750 ml milk
  • 60 g butter
  • 60 g flour
  • 1 tablespoon stock, powder
  • 2 pinch (s) nutmeg
  • salt and pepper
  • pepper
  • Herbs, Italian
  • Chilli flakes
  • Lasagne plate (s)
  • 150 g cheese, rated, (Gouda mixed with Parmesan)

Instructions

  1. Mix the soy granules with the stock powder and pour the boiling water over them. Add a large can of tomatoes and the tomato paste, season with a pinch of sugar. Season to taste with salt, pepper, herbs and chilli flakes. Let the mass swell for about 10 minutes.
  2. For the bechamel sauce, heat the butter, stir in the flour and sauté until light. Finely squeeze the garlic clove, add with milk and stock while stirring constantly, bring to the boil and simmer for approx. 5 - 7 minutes while stirring continuously. Season to taste with nutmeg and pepper.
  3. Spread some of the bechamel sauce in a greased casserole dish, place the lasagne plates on top, then the soy bolognese again followed by the bechamel sauce. Continue like this, finish with pasta plates and bechamel sauce. Then spread the cheese on top.
  4. Bake at 175 ° C for about 20-30 minutes.
