Ingredients

  • 50 g tofu slices (Asian shop)
  • 2 spring onion (s)
  • 2 tablespoon sambal oelek
  • 2 tablespoon sherry
  • 1 piece (s) ginger, fresh, approx. 2 cm, more grated
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon oil (rapeseed oil)

Instructions

  1. Brush the tofu slices with sambal oelek and grated ginger. Season with salt and pepper and pour sherry over it - marinate for approx. 20 minutes.
  2. Heat the rapeseed oil in a pan. Brown the marinated tofu slices for approx. 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Add the finely chopped spring onions and fry briefly. Arrange on two plates and serve immediately.
