Ingredients
- 3 teaspoons sour cherry jam or puree, sweetened
- 1 teaspoon sugar, brown
- 1 leaf peppermint
- 1 shot syrup (sour cherry syrup, e.g. the recipe from Nordlichthh)
- Crushed ice
- Ginger ale

- Put sour cherry jam or puree, sugar and peppermint in a beaker. Mash the peppermint in it. Add the sour cherry syrup.
- Fill the glass with crushed ice first, then with ginger ale.
- Stir everything again and serve.
