- 500 g strawberries
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 5 tablespoon, heaped powdered sugar
- 5 mint leaves or 1 teaspoon dried mint
- 1 tablespoon liqueur, e.g., Apricot liqueur

- Set aside 3 beautiful strawberries for decoration.
- Sort the strawberries, wash them and remove the stalk.
- Cut two thirds of it into small pieces and mix with about 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar and leave to stand.
- Puree the remaining strawberries with approx. 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar, the fresh mint leaves and 1 tablespoon of liqueur to make a fine sauce. Possibly. to taste again. I like to use apricot liqueur - but any other fruity liqueur works too.
- Beat the sour cream with vanilla sugar until smooth.
- Now put a layer of strawberry pieces into each prepared bowl, add a dollop of sour cream and 1 - 2 tablespoons of strawberry sauce and repeat the process - depending on how big or high the vessels are. The finish is the sour cream, which is topped off with a decorative strawberry.
