  • 500 g douh (yeast douh)
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 350 g bacon, finely chopped and diced
  • 5 large onion (s)
  • 250 g cheese, rated
  • pepper
  • salt
  • Nutmeg, fresh from the mill or ground

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the onions and place with the other ingredients ready. Preheat the oven to maximum temperature - preferably up to 300 degrees. A firm yeast dough made from flour, please use spelled flour or a slightly darker flour up to 1050, yeast, salt and a little water in the machine. Don`t let the dough rise !!! but immediately remove a piece, roll it out very thinly and place it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Brush with sour cream so that the dough is covered, top with bacon and onions and sprinkle with grated cheese. Season to taste with nutmeg from the mill, alternatively with ground nutmeg, pepper and salt. Put in the preheated oven and bake until crispy. The dough is enough for 6-7 trays if you roll it out very thinly. The amount of bacon and onion depends somewhat on the thickness of the topping.
