- 500 g carrot (s)
- 1 apple
- 1 lemon (s)
- 1 onion (s)
- Balsamic vinegar, white
- Oil (sunflower or olive oil)
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch (s) sugar

- Squeeze the lemon into a bowl. Then chop the apple and add it (the lemon so that it doesn`t turn brown), peel the carrots and grate them finely (works very quickly with the food processor), add. Chop the onion and add it. Then simply add vinegar and oil (about 50:50, if it`s too bland, add a little more vinegar), season with salt, pepper and sugar. Possibly let it go through a bit, but it is not absolutely necessary.
